5/26/2009 - LDC to Install Advanced Furnace Monitoring and Control System
ALBANY, Ind. -- Littler Diecast Corporation, a manufacturer of aluminum diecastings located in Albany, Indiana has announced that it has awarded the contract for supplying control components for its new central furnace monitoring and control system to Kirby Risk Electrical Supply located n Muncie, Indiana. Littler engineers and technicians will configure, program and install this system.
When installed, this system will monitor and report the condition of each melting and holding furnace. This advanced system will improve energy usage, safety and metal quality.
