This computerized system displays real-time quality alerts and job specific work instructions to employees on computers throughout the plant. Employees always have access to the most current and critical customer specific information. There are no paper documents to control, eliminating the chance for error. This system allows other information to be displayed for customer use, such as order status, print revision verification, etc. This information can be securely accessed by the customer anytime through an internet browser.
